All of our Sandwiches are built the way we would love to eat them….piled high and need both hands.
No sauce on them so you can taste the true flavor except for our Pulled Chicken which is lightly drizzled with Sassy…..be sure to add our house made complimentary pickles!!
- Angus Beef Brisket…Chopped, Sliced, or Burnt Ends
- Hand Pulled Pork smoked for 18 hours
- Pulled Rotisserie Chicken…lightly sauced and dusted with Sassy
- Smoked Rotisserie Turkey Breast…lightly dusted and drizzled with butter
- Smoked Hot Link …typically around 7oz of meat. Carolina Sauce is a great compliment
- Seasonal Special are Cornbeef, Pastrami, and Thanksgiving Sandwiches
